Shipping and Return

Processing:

We are located in Nashville, TN. Normal order processing time is currently 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 4 pm CST begins processing on the next business day. For orders during the Holidays, and Sales, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. We are closed on ALL FEDERAL HOLIDAYS.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are insured up to $50 value. An email with tracking information will be sent once order is shipped. If you have been given the Local Pickup option, you have 30 days to schedule a pickup time for your item(s), after being notified. If not, your item(s) will be restocked to inventory. No refunds will be given.

International Shipping:

We Ship Internationally via USPS. Please proceed to checkout and add your name and address to get shipping quotes. Shipping times may vary. International Shipping is given the option of First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. First Class mail is the most affordable option but please be advised that First Class mail is the only option that is not insured. There is no refund for First Class Packages.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your order has not been delivered, please contact us ASAP. Orders shipped Via Priority Mail are insured via USPS, International Claims are only insured if was shipped via Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Please verify correct address before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect address will need a new shipping label and will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping label to reship the order.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our handmade products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A copy of the ingredients is listed under each individual product on our website. Please read carefully if you have any type of allergies or skin sensitivity. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All items returned to our facility due to incorrect shipping address, or return to sender due to the failure of pick up will also be subjected to a 15% restocking fee being subtracted from the total refund. No refunds on shipping costs will be given. 

Damaged Goods:

If your order arrives damaged you have 24 hours from the time the package is delivered to file a claim by sending us an email and a clear picture of the damaged goods to lengthsofluxuryy@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you and get your order replaced in a timely manner.

Cancellation:

Orders cannot be canceled after it has been shipped. Please email us at
lengthsofluxuryy@gmail.com if you would like to cancel an order. Please note: A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from original purchase cost (refund). To avoid this inconvenience, please review order carefully before purchasing.
